PEACE LAGUNA RESORT and SPA offers the most up-to-date conference rooms and facilities for groups of up to 250 guest.

Our equipment and services ensure that every conference or function held is run smoothly and successfully, satisfying even the most fastidious convention planner.

The GRAND BALLROOM can accommodate maximum of 250 guest and it is the biggest in AONANG. The Grand Ballroom be subdivided into two rooms, BALLROOM and PEACE HALL, for conferences, functions, private dining or cocktail parties. In addition, the LAGUNA ROOM is perfect for smaller conferences or meetings for up to 30 guests. Rooms have independently controlled house lights, carpeted floor, natural light and individually controlled air-conditioning.

Audio Visual Equipment includes P.A. system, laser pointer, flipchart, LCD televisions and built-in sound system.

Arrangements can be made for a portable P.A. system, data projector, video projector, single house video projector, multiple slide shows and more. Additional lighting, laser light shows and other options can be discussed when booking your conference or function.

  • The above capacities are the maximum set-up of each room.
  • The minimum numbers of guest for each room is 20% less from the above capacities,
  • if the total numbers of guest are less than the minimum, an appropriated room rental fee is applicable.
  • Any posters and signage are not allowed to be posted or hang on the wall except on the assigned area for backdrop.
  • Re-location of the backdrop, posters and signage outside at the assigned area is possible with appropriate cost.
  • Style of set-up with details should be confirm a week in advance, minor change on the spot is possible.
  • The management reserved the rights to assign an appropriate function room for each event.
